Sultana Rahman
Founder & Matriarch
Custodian of the family recipes — she still tastes every batch of biryani masala.
For 25 years, our family has been cooking the dishes we grew up with — slow-steamed Kacchi Biryani, hearty Beef Tehari and rich Mughlai classics, made the way they were meant to be made.
It began with a small kitchen on Road 27 and recipes passed down through three generations. Today, Sultana's Dine remains a family kitchen at heart — every pot of biryani is still layered by hand, every kebab still kissed by real charcoal, every guest still welcomed like family.
Under the guidance of our head chef, we blend heritage recipes with premium ingredients: hand-ground spices, fresh local produce, and time-honored slow-cooking techniques. Nothing is rushed — because tradition cannot be.
The faces you'll meet when you walk through our doors.
